Overview

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for ICAS (International Competitions and Assessments for Schools) in India. It applies to all students, parents, and schools who register via PEAR Academy platforms or affiliated test centres.

Please note: All registrations are final. Refunds are not issued once registration is completed, except under specific, limited circumstances as outlined below.

Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal	❌ No	Refunds not available for personal reasons or loss of interest
Digital past papers already downloaded	❌ No	Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
Test rescheduled by ICAS or PEAR Academy	✔ Yes (if student opts out)	Refund available if the new date is not suitable for the participant

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), please email icas@pearacademy.org and include the following:

Full name of student and parent
Name of school (if applicable) and school ID
Registration ID or payment transaction number
Contact email and phone number
Subject(s) and year level
Reason for refund request
Bank account details (for bank transfer refunds)

⏳ Deadline:

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the test sitting period. Late requests may not be accepted.
